Trisha was amazing... Very nice, came on time my laundry was even folded nicely. Definitely recommend them to anyone. Also, their price is pretty reasonable too.

We’re disappointed we can’t give 6 stars for Trisha’s exceptional service. It was a pleasure dealing with her to sort out laundering our winter bedding before we put it away until next year. We were a bit worried we had overloaded her with 3 lambswool queen underlays, bedspreads, dooners and throwover blankets. No problem! All picked up and returned with a cheery smile. We’re very grateful and can’t pass on a higher recommendation to anyone needing Trisha’s help 🏆

Where do I begin? The Washery are simply amazing. I’ve needed to get a king sized doona properly washed for ages, but between work, disability, and a small washing machine at home, it has always been a struggle. The Washery picked up the doona from my apartment, and delivered it back to me the next business day, folded and still warm fresh out the dryer. I’m honestly amazed at the customer service, quality of work, and how affordable it all was! Would absolutely recommend and use again 10000/10.

Legendary service! I am a massage therapist and my oily sheets always come back spick and span and beautifully folded. Trisha is always an absolute delight to deal with and care is always taken with laundry, delivery and customer service. And if you like dogs drop your things at Harrison St - he's beautiful!
